FEES

Management Fee: *   $100.00 per month up to $2000 rent or 10% of monthly rent if higher than $2000.00 rent

Management fee includes the following:

· Bi-monthly home inspection of property (if vacant)

· Periodic inspection of rented property

· Overseeing lawn care (if applicable)

· Overseeing  pool care (if applicable)

· Monthly written report of property condition

· 24/7 On call for emergency service

· Management of tenant relations, including negotiating renewals of existing leases, collecting, holding and disbursing rents and amounts due or to become due to owner

· Handling tenant requests when needed.

· Supervising subcontractors 

*Other fees may apply for additional services

Rental Fee:      Annual rentals:      1 months rent

                          Seasonal rentals:    12% of total rent

Rental fee includes the following:

· Placing property on MLS

· Advertising on our website

· Advertising on 16 real estate related websites
